    Why did you give it drizzle?

      Drizzle ability gives manectric a deadly advantage.. drizzle makes Thunder move accuracy to 100% which results in thunder move hitting your opponent 100% everytime and THERE IS NO WAY IT CAN BE MISSED UNLESS THE OPPONENT USES DETECT/PROTECT. plus weatherball becomes a water type move when it is raining or corresponding to every weather type. and you can pretty much OHKO ground and rock type pokemon with weather ball. BTW thunder moves gets STAB i.e. it gets a power of 180 when manetric uses it...
